1. Laughter Yoga Warm-Up
We begin by arriving — together, in our bodies. Laughter yoga is a scientifically validated practice that reduces cortisol, dissolves social armor, and builds instant, genuine connection. It signals from the very first minute: this is not a normal training. (It also happens to be joyful in a way that people talk about for weeks.)
2. Body Connection & Grounding
Participants learn to tune into their body's signals and access a grounded, present state — the foundation for every skill that follows. Clear communication, creative thinking, and resilience under pressure all start here.
3. Parts vs. Self Energy
Why do we get triggered in certain conversations? Why do we shut down, over-explain, or go on the defensive even when we don't want to? This section introduces the powerful distinction between reactive "parts" and grounded Self energy — and gives teams a shared language for understanding their own patterns and each other's with compassion instead of frustration.
4. The Four Elements Model
Earth. Water. Fire. Air. Each person has an elemental wiring that shapes how they think, communicate, make decisions, and respond to stress. Understanding your own elemental nature — and recognizing it in colleagues — transforms friction into genuine appreciation for difference. Teams leave with a shared framework they'll still be using months later.
5. Intuitive Self-Care & Embodied Pattern Shifting
Sustainable performance requires genuine nourishment — not just more resilience strategies layered on top of burnout. This final section helps participants connect to what they actually need, and begin to orient — somatically, not just intellectually — toward how they want to show up.

Joanna Pustilnik is an embodiment coach, somatic and intuitive nutrition therapist, and certified laughter yoga instructor with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals.
Her corporate workshops draw on somatic intelligence, the Four Elements model, IFS-informed parts work, positive psychology, intuitive self-care, and nervous system regulation — delivered with the kind of warmth, humor, and grounded presence that makes even skeptics lean in.
