Every Embodied Path journey begins with four foundation sessions that build your personal map- your nervous system, your parts, your pattens, and your elemental nature.
From there, we work from a personalized toolkit built around exactly what you need.

Body Connection & Nervous System Awareness
Learn to read your body's signals in real time — and use that information instead of overriding it. This is the foundation of everything.
Parts Work
Get to know the inner voices and drives. When you understand your parts, you stop being hijacked by them- you can welcome and understand them.
The Four Elements Model
Discover your elemental wiring — the way your nature shapes how you think, feel, communicate, and connect. Understand yourself more fully, and understand the people closest to you in a whole new way.
Intuitive Self-Care
Learn to hear what your body actually needs — not what you think you should do, but what genuinely nourishes and restores you. This is self-care that works because it's yours.
Embodied Pattern Shifting
Identify the specific patterns running on autopilot in your life and relationships — Overdoing, Looping, Overgiving, Armoring, Conflicting, Avoiding — and practice, somatically, orienting toward who you actually want to be.
Mindfulness & Grounding Practices
Simple, portable tools you can reach for in real life — before a hard conversation, in the middle of a conflict, at the end of a depleting day.
The Journey
Your Personal Journey- The Four Phases
While every Embodied Path Journey is unique, all clients move through 4 phases- in the order that right for you:
Foundation- Know Yourself
Awareness, nervous system mapping, parts work, elemental energy discovery. You arrive at a complete, compassionate map of how you're wired and what's been on autopilot impacting your joy and relationships. You begin to understand to shift your state in the moment.
Liberation- Release What's Held
Emotional processing from the level of the body. You begin to soften around what you've been holding. Continue moving toward shifting unhelpful trait patterns and move toward embodied healing.
Expansion- Awaken Joy and Confidence
Positive state activation, elemental energy shifting, badass energy, soul gifts. You build access to the aliveness, confidence, and joy that's already in you- ready to be fully felt and seen.
Action and Connection- Live It
Aligned action toward desire, relational embodiment, energetic boundaries, and the practices that make all of this sustainable in real life.
Most clients move through all four phases over 12 sessions- though the emphasis, depth, and order vary completely based on who you are and what you need most.

Why I Built This Program
I spent 15 years as a dietitian working with clients on nutrition, disordered eating, and body image.
And what I kept seeing, over and over, was this: the real blocks to change weren't in people's heads. They were in their bodies, their nervous systems, and the embodied patterns they'd learned — often very young — to stay safe and stay connected.
I knew the same was true for me. My own patterns — shaped by a chaotic upbringing, years of pushing through, and a grief that cracked me open when my mother's health declined — weren't going to yield to more insight or better strategies. They needed to be met. Somatically. From the inside.
So I went deep into parts work, somatic coaching, feminine embodiment, positive psychology, and the Four Elements model. I built a framework that actually worked — because it went where the patterns live.
The Embodied Path is a distillation of everything I've encountered and learned- clinically, somatically, and personally- about what it actually takes to shift toward joy and connection. Not manage. Not cope. Actually shift.
