Joanna Pustilnik MS RDN CDCES CIEC

Keynotes and workshops that don't just inform — they transform. Joanna Pustilnik brings embodiment, neuroscience, and a whole lot of warmth to conferences, corporate events, faith communities, and wellness retreats.

They leave feeling different.

Your audience has heard enough. They're ready to feel something.

Most speakers give people content to think about. Joanna gives them an experience to inhabit.

Every talk blends teaching, somatic practice, and real experiential moments — so participants aren't just absorbing information, they're discovering something about themselves in real time.

An optional laughter yoga warm-up could break down walls in minutes. The embodiment exercises create genuine connection in a room full of strangers. The frameworks — the Four Elements model, the patterns work, the parts vs. Self distinction, connecting to intuition and intuitive self-care — are ones people are still talking about weeks later because they felt them, not just heard them.

Joanna speaks with the authority of nearly two decades of clinical and coaching experience, and the warmth of someone who has done her own deep work and isn't afraid to say so.

Her style is bold, grounded, and real — and consistently disarming in the best possible way.

Choose Your Talk

Three talks. One through-line: coming home to yourself and connecting more deeply with others, yourself, and your health.

Each talk is available as a keynote (45–75 minutes) or an extended workshop (2–3 hours or full day). All are customizable to your audience, theme, and event goals.

TALK 1: WIRED TO CONNECT

The body-based key to authentic communication, stronger relationships, and a more joyful life

Best for: Corporate conferences, leadership events, HR and wellness programming, team offsites

The premise:

The Harvard Study of Adult Development — one of the longest-running studies on human happiness ever conducted — found that the quality of our relationships is the single greatest predictor of wellbeing. More than wealth. More than status. More than any productivity strategy.

So why does nobody teach us how to actually get better at them — from the inside out?

Wired to Connect does exactly that. Drawing on somatic intelligence, the Four Elements model, and nervous system awareness, Joanna guides audiences through a body-based experience that upgrades how they communicate, relate, and show up — at work and in every relationship that matters.

Audiences leave with:

  • A shared elemental language for understanding themselves and others

  • A real-time grounding practice for high-pressure moments.

  • The ability to distinguish reactive "parts" responses from grounded, Self-led communication

  • A felt sense — not just a concept — of what genuine connection feels like

TALK 2: BADASS JOY

How to stop running on autopilot and start living from yourself

Best for: Women's conferences, wellness events, retreat keynotes, faith communities, personal development summits

The premise:

Most of us are waiting. Waiting for things to settle down, for the right moment, for the version of ourselves that finally has it together — to feel the joy and ease and aliveness we know is possible.

What if you don't have to wait? What if the thing standing between you and that experience isn't circumstances, but patterns — embodied, automatic, protective patterns that your nervous system learned long ago and has been running ever since?

Badass Joy is a talk about what happens when you stop managing those patterns and start meeting them — somatically, compassionately, from the inside. It's about the difference between surface-level happiness and the grounded, real, full-bodied joy that becomes available when you finally come home to yourself.

This talk is personal, practical, and often profoundly moving — with enough laughter and lightness along the way to make even the heaviest material feel accessible.

Audiences leave with:

  • An understanding of the six embodied patterns that most commonly block joy and connection

  • A somatic framework for recognizing when their patterns are running — and how to interrupt them

  • A body-based practice for accessing grounded presence in real time

  • A new relationship with the concept of joy — one that lives in the body, not in circumstances

TALK 3: YOUR BODY KNOWS

Intuitive self-care and the art of actually listening to yourself

Best for: Wellness conferences, healthcare and nutrition professionals, faith community events, women's retreats, burnout recovery programming

The premise:

We live in a culture of prescribed self-care — routines, rituals, and wellness strategies handed down from the outside. And yet so many people follow all the right advice and still feel depleted, disconnected, and quietly running on empty.

What if the most powerful self-care practice you have isn't a protocol — it's a conversation? With your own body?

Your Body Knows explores the science and practice of interoception — the body's internal signaling system — and teaches audiences how to tune in, interpret, and actually respond to what their body is communicating. Drawing on somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and intuitive self-care principles developed over nearly two decades of clinical practice, Joanna offers a genuinely different approach to nourishment, rest, and care — one built from the inside out.

Audiences leave with:

  • An understanding of interoception and why it's the missing piece in most self-care conversations

  • A body-based check-in practice they can use daily

  • Tools for distinguishing genuine body signals from habitual patterns and external noise

  • A personalized intuitive self-care framework grounded in their own elemental nature

Book Joanna For:

  • Conferences & Summits

  • Laughter, warmth, and real experiential moments woven throughout

  • An audience that leaves energized, connected, and talking about it afterward

  • Seamless professionalism from first inquiry to final applause
