I'm a dietitian turned Certified Feminine Embodiment and Joy Coach. For 15 years, I worked with clients on nutrition, self-care, disordered eating, and body image.
I realized that we all ways of seeing, being, and operating that make change and access to joy difficult. I wanted to make a bigger splash.
I dug into parts-work, feminine embodiment, positive psychology, CBT, ACT, and confidence coaching techniques. Now, I help clients become unstoppable!
