My Intention and Mission

 

is to support individuals in deeply connecting with their body and inner realm—awakening joy and honest, loving relationships with self, work, life, and others. 

 

Through body-led coaching and evidence-based mind-body practices, begin to understand your felt senses, behavioral and emotional patterns, and reactive responses— and shift what’s no longer serving you, building real self-trust and self-love from the inside out.

The result is a more grounded, connected, and aligned way of being—something I call Badass Joy.

I'm Joanna.

When life hit me hard- 3 kids, a nutrition practice to manage, a parent I suddenly became a care provider for- I was overwhelmed by my emotions and duties! 

It brought old wounds to the surface, and I was lost. 

But in the midst of soccer games, care meetings, and dirty diapers, I realized something- I was responsible for my own joy. 

I dove into embodiment coaching, parts work, and how to shift your energy, and never looked back! 

I became a certified embodiment coach, and now in addition to my nutrition therapy practice, I support clients to a strong embodied connection so they can grow into authentic joy, meaningful growth, and loving relationships!
